Our manufacturing team worked efficiently, and the custom door was fully built and ready for installation right before Christmas. However, the homeowners were traveling for the holidays, so we scheduled the installation for the new year.

As we moved into January and February, the region was hit with severe, freezing weather. In an incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming gesture, the client reached out to us. Instead of demanding their door be installed immediately, they kindly insisted we wait for the weather to warm up in March so our installers wouldn’t have to suffer through the freezing temperatures outside.
