1. What is our service range and delivery policy?

Answer: MapleFort Doors proudly serves the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. Our primary service and installation zone covers a 150km radius from our Newmarket facility, including Richmond Hill, Aurora, Vaughan, and Markham.

Standard Orders: Typically delivered and ready for installation within 3-4 weeks.
Custom Orders: The lead time for custom projects varies depending on the specific design, materials, and complexity. Please contact our team to confirm the exact timeline for your unique custom door.

2. What kind of warranty do you offer on your doors?

Answer: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Most of our fiberglass and steel doors come with a 20-year limited warranty on the door slab and a 5-year warranty on the finish and hardware. We also provide a 1-year labor warranty for all professional installations performed by the MapleFort team.

3. Do you offer precision customization and on-site measurement?

Answer: Absolutely. We specialize in Precision Customization. Every home is unique, which is why we offer professional on-site measurement services to ensure a perfect fit. Whether you need custom dimensions, unique glass patterns, or specific hardware configurations, our team will work with you to bring your vision to life.

4. How long does the process take from order to installation?

Answer: Lead times vary based on the level of customization. Generally, the production and delivery cycle for standard orders is approximately 4 weeks (please check for real-time estimates during your quote). We will coordinate with you in advance to schedule a convenient installation date.

5. Can I visit your factory to see the products in person?

Answer: You are more than welcome to visit us! Our production facility is located at 1151 Gorham Street, Unit 4, Newmarket, ON. To ensure we provide you with the best personalized service, we recommend making an appointment by phone or via our website form before your visit.
