1. Custom Product Policy

All our doors are Custom-made Products. Due to this highly customized nature, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the manufacturing process has begun or after professional installation has been completed. We encourage all customers to double-check their specifications and measurements during the consultation phase before final confirmation.

2. Manufacturing Defects

Your satisfaction and the integrity of our products are paramount. If a product is found to have factory defects (such as material flaws or structural issues) upon delivery:

  • We will provide free repairs or component replacements in strict accordance with our [Warranty Agreement].

  • Please inspect your door upon arrival and notify our team within 48 hours of any visible manufacturing defects.

3. Installation & Labor Guarantee

We stand behind our work. All professional installations performed by MapleFort Doors include a Labor Warranty:

  • This ensures your door is perfectly sealed, aligned, and operates smoothly.

  • If any functional issues arise due to the installation process within the warranty period, we will send a technician to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We offer a limited window for cancellations:

  • Full Refund: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window but before manufacturing begins will be subject to material loss and administrative processing fees (typically [15-25%] of the order value).

  • No Refund: Once the door has entered the production line, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
