1.What is your delivery range and fee?

Answer: We provide professional delivery services within a 150km radius of our Newmarket factory. This coverage includes the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga, Hamilton, and Kitchener/Waterloo. The flat-rate delivery fee for orders within this range is $80.

2. Do you provide professional installation?

Answer: Yes, we offer a comprehensive one-stop service that includes free consultation, precise on-site measurement, and professional installation. Our experienced installation team ensures that every door is perfectly sealed and meets top security standards, providing a hassle-free experience for homeowners.

3. Can the doors be customized to specific sizes or styles?

Answer: Absolutely. As a factory-direct manufacturer, we specialize in 1:1 bespoke customization. Whether you have a non-standard door opening or a preference for specific decorative glass or wrought iron designs, we can manufacture a door tailored to your exact requirements.

4. How long does the process take from order to installation?

Answer: Lead times vary based on the level of customization. Generally, the production and delivery cycle for standard orders is approximately 2-4 weeks (please check for real-time estimates during your quote). We will coordinate with you in advance to schedule a convenient installation date.

5. Can I visit your factory to see the products in person?

Answer: You are more than welcome to visit us! Our production facility is located at 1151 Gorham Street, Unit 4, Newmarket, ON. To ensure we provide you with the best personalized service, we recommend making an appointment by phone or via our website form before your visit.
